Ryan went above and beyond for me in my long journey to buy a home in the Flatheaed Valley. We looked at tons of property's over YEARS of looking. Ryan was super pactient with me changing my mind about price range and where I wanted to live. When Ryan said he would do something he always followed through. He was always on time. Even after the close of the sale Ryan is calling to check on me and asking what he can do to help with renovations or anything else. When we finally found a house in a great location in my price range Ryan showed what really sets him apart from other agents. Ryan has a ton of contacts, which helped me not only get the house under contract but then assuage my fears regarding the quality of the home and what it would take to turn the home into a place I want to live. During the inspection period, he was able to get contracters into the home with a phone call, often in the same day. If you know tradesmen and builders in this valley, that is a miracle in itself. This gave me special access to professionals that were able to give me real-life numbers and insight into what the renovation process would need to be and what it would cost. Without Ryans connections I would not have had access to the resources that gave me the piece of mind to buy the home and remodal. Ryan got me the house and lot I never thought I could afford, for a steal of a price, and set me up with the tradesmen to do the work to make it a gem! I wouldn't want to work with anyone else...you shouldn't either.

Ryan helped us buy a home in Whitefish. Ryan knows the Flathead Valley's market well and did a great job of showing us options within our budget. We ultimately worked with Ryan to purchase our home.
